   Theresa graduated the Center For Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2013. She showed a love of body work in her early teens years as a working student and professional horse groomer by working with injured horses and aiding in their recovery. She left the horse world to raise her two children and went for her passion in the fall of 2012.

    Her love for how the human body works shows in the many hours of continuing education and self-studies she does every year. She is always conditioning her education in treating medical conditions, injuries, and the latest evidence base treatment. A list of her continuing education courses can be found here. 

  Not only is she NYS licensed in massage therapy, but she is also certified in corrective exercise with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) #1190290471 and is a Certified Yomassage ™ Therapist.

 Theresa is also very involved in giving back to the community by regularly volunteering at "Healthcare is a Human Right" at their Kingston, Phoenicia and Woodstock locations.
