What is MLD, what does this mean for you, and how can you benefit from my training?
MLD is not a massage; it is a superficial (light on the surface of your skin) gentle manual treatment technique. The general effects are increasing the lymph production, lymph angiomotoricity, and venous return. MLD can reverse lymph flow and be very soothing.
MLD is a great treatment for the following.
Fibromyalgia
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Migraine headaches (before headache is active)
Cellulite
Post - Traumatic
